Fee Structure Design Services are based on an hourly fee and/or a flat design fee. Hours are invoiced weekly. When scope of work is fixed, a flat fee can be negotiated.
Drafting Services are based on an hourly rate. Reimbursable Expenses will include the expenses of blueprinting, shipping or freight, and any expenditures made in the direct interest of the project. All reimbursable expenses will be approved before they are incurred. Other charges and fees will be negotiated in a manner agreeable to all parties, before commencement of project. |
Purchasing and Procurement Services vary according to the items being purchased. Our charges average 30% to 40% over our cost. California sales tax will be added on materials and fabrication cost only. Installation charges are not subject to sales tax. Delivery and freight charges are invoiced as reimbursable expenses.
